We conducted 20 surveys and 5 research sessions and found that Gen-Zers want to stretch more but struggle with patience and time. Integrating visual, wearable, and spatial stretch reminders across the studio, we observed behavioral changes and iterated on prototypes. Our objective was to create a stretching device that moves with the user.
